Just before I headed out about 5 minutes later, she phoned me and said she’d found them. The idea came to her to go to a different department of the store… and there on the counter she found her keys. An important part was that she didn’t give up hope, that she was open to new directions.

Stories from the farm
This young hen is Louise. Louise’s mother was extraordinary, an outlier in the chicken yard. Less than a year later Louise too lays 13 eggs and hatches 8. She managed taking care of the eggs while sitting with them, and shows focus, and dedication in taking care of the chicks, communicating with them effectively even though the chicks are only a day old.
Talking to two twenty somethings, there was a genuine appreciation and interest in the concept of non traditional cv’s. How experiences like working with roller derby, can be considered as asset as we explore new work opportunities. When the interest is there, I have stories and experiences that will support their growth.
