Christopher is currently the executive Director of CS Interviews, a registered charity, working with classes on Vancouver Island to help students understand the power of personal inquiry as they interview leaders from a pool of over 120 speakers.
Mr. Bowers is also the coordinator for Green Drinks Victoria – a sustainable community & business network with over 400 members.
His life journey has been filled with fascinating endeavors and endless stories.

Francis Westlake Watch the interview
Francis is deeply immersed in the field of psychology and has always
been passionate about the connections made internally as well as
externally. By expressing his authnetic self, he inadvertently empowers
others to do the same. After his recent completion of an intensive
life-coaching program, Francis has actively been speaking on a public
stage to share his experiences.

Yamila Franco Watch the interview
Born in the Dominican Republic, she brings her practices and traditions of kindness, respect for the land, community-based work to her projects and relationships. She is an entrepreneur, working as a financial adviser empowering women and newcomers through education, empowering youth through transformational STEAM experiences, and is working with the Nyoka Light Wand, a plastic-free, nontoxic and soil-nurturing glow stick alternative!

Peter Norman Watch the interview
Peter works with educational institutions and public sector agencies on strategic planning, leadership development and public consultation. His academic and professional interests converge in a career-long study of self-education and program designs to foster the skills of self-directed learning and action. Norman has developed a range of university programs and large-scale public sector applications, allowing more than four decades of extensive field testing and refinements. He is a pioneer of blended learning and innovative delivery at Royal Roads and the Faculty of Education at Simon Fraser University

Bruce Ravelli Watch the interview
Before joining the department in 2013, Bruce was a professor of sociology at Mount Royal University in Calgary. Bruce is an award winning teacher who has been inspiring and challenging students for over 25 years.
