What stood out?
In times when people suffer they might hurt you but it is the time where you should try to be strongest and kindest.

You don’t have to solve it today. There is tomorrow and the day after.


Your story was very heavy on my heart. Was wondering how you found your path to going spiritually and I’m realizing this helps us relate to our choice of taking care of ourselves. I understand they are “meant” to connect better with our ‘higher’ being but it can get unfair at times.

I feel at peace with whom I am and I believe using our energy to help others is a way to be actively grateful.

Your simple message of being self compassion vibrated through the room especially after knowing your background. How can I ever be grateful enough? Gladly there’s always time to discover.

I’m just scared to face competition. – if I want to pursue further in school.
