What’s Gone Well Today? ®
Here’s an easy way to recognize others… and in turn change how we look at our day, and our life.
When has someone made your day with the service they’ve given, or something they’ve said or done for you? Sharing these moments may inspire others. They lift the spirit!
On another note asking someone What’s Gone Well Today? ®, becomes life-changing. Conversations have a fresh, inspiring perspective.
In the larger picture our tools help individuals and organizations become more empathetic. We would love to hear from you! Please share an experience that’s gone well in your day.
Lyle, a much respected minister and spiritual care provider at UVic’s Multifaith Centre retired. I was asked to speak at his church’s community commemoration of his 30+ years of service. As I had an activity to run at UVic around the time of the celebration I asked to speak near the top of the list. The previous person’s comments were quite lengthy so I compressed mine to one idea.. “When the presentations are over, turn to the person beside you and ask them for a “Lyle moment” they had experienced. I was told later that every speaker following me included a “Lyle moment” from their own experience.
Lyle wrote me after with how many people came to him and shared them directly.

I put a tracking number on a package that I sent last week. A week later I couldn’t find the receipt. I went to the postal outlet who used info from my VISA account and they found my receipt’s tracking number on their system. Talk about ‘heartful service’.
