I had a great conversation with my best friend, we sat down with a bottle of whiskey at his house and had probably the longest talk ever because we talked for over 6h straight. The topics were various, everything and nothing, the past, current plans, ambitions, mindset… everything, no filter, no taboo. It was super pleasant since it was only two of us and both are great, respectful talkers, nobody jumped into each other sentences, and we explored each topic thoroughly.
I still use the “what stood out for you in that experience” that I learned from you, very often.

When a guest comes in to the Multifaith Centre at UVic I often come out of my office with the pups to greet them… The pups sometimes get some one else’s love for a few minutes.
The guests often report, “This made my day!”
I went looking for a daisy for a prop for a speech arts piece.. and found this flower in the waste basket in the Thriftiy’s flower department ..
I brought it home and subsequently used it in a number of rehearsals and a festival performance.
Passing by a crew putting up a large tent for an event, one of the crew took time to give and receive some love. He said his fiance will be jealous when she hears about this puppy time ….
