I noticed that a lot of people asked yes and no questions. I learned that if you want to ask a good question you have to ask one that will make the person think. I was surprised how many kids were asking yes and no question after you told them to try not to ask those type of questions. I will use what I learned to ask better questions. Also I will use it to help others ask better questions.
I will ask more questions for the future. I noticed that people like questions. Something that suprised me is how dumb your questions can be. For now on I will ask more questions
I enjoyed the talk we had with him yesterday. I felt that he was very positive and passionate about what he does. I learned from him about how to decide if a questions is worthy asking. I also learned how to ask questions properly so it is easier for the person to answer. He was telling us how to ask a question wisely
I learned that it is really important to ask good questions. You can learn much more about the person if you ask good interesting questions that make people think. I will use this information to ask better questions. I was surprised how if you change the way you ask the question you can get a much better answer.
i learned a lot of things like how important it is to ask the right question and i learned not to use yes or no questions to often and to use questions that make people think more.
over and out
Yesterday I was taken-aback yet interested in the topic at hand. I found Mr. Bowers’ presentation to be captivating because he brought to my attention something that I had never thought of before, asking good questions. We ask questions everyday but if you stop to think, they are often simple boring yes or no questions instead of the slightly more complicating yet incredibly interesting concoctions that they could be. Christopher spent his time yesterday teaching us how to ask great questions and apply them to real life situations which was really cool. Thanks Chris!
