I noticed how many unique ways of answering questions there are that I never noticed. I also noticed how engaged everyone was on this topic because it is a life long skill. I learned how to ask better questions. I also learned not to ask yes or no questions.I was surprised that I learned so many important life long skills. l was also surprised about all the interesting people who were going to visit our school.

The speaker who ‘spoke’ most to me was Justin Blanchfield because he has some of the same interests as me like mathematical modeling and gardening. What I learned about asking questions is not to ask yes or no questions and not to send the person to whom I am asking a question into paralysis. I will use what I learned today in life like in areas such as getting a job interview. Something that stood out for me in this two day learning experience was that I got to see these three amazing speakers answer questions that two classes from our school thought of. Overall, I thought that this workshop was a wonderful experience and I really enjoyed and learned a lot from it.

Justin Blanchfield ‘spoke’ most to me because I’m interested in engineering and gardening. I learned not to ask yes and no questions. I will use what I learned to help me get a job and get into schools. I will also ask better questions in general. I also learned about permaculture, and will use that knowledge to help me understand gardening more. I really liked seeing the speakers and learning about them.

I think that Sarah Fletcher spoke out to me the most because no matter what gets in her way she will just try harder every time. What I learned about asking question is that you have to try and make your questions a little bit more complex for the speakers to give you a lot of details. I will use all the information I got today when I have to ask complex kind of questions and when I need to in the future. What stood out to me the most is when Sarah Fletcher said to be more open when new adventure comes.

Justin spoke to me most because for one he has the same name as me and i like to fix stuff too. It is good to ask questions because you need to know things. I can use what i learned at home and maybe when i am older because i might be an engineer like him. The thing that stood out the most to me was Justin because i like to become an engineer too.
