Josh, truly stood out. Other associates introduced us to him.
He listened intently to our price point for a charity buy, and product need. He made some suggestions which we followed up on our own but were not successful Then about 12 minutes later he walked up to me and told me about the clearance section in the floor below. He walked us to the elevator, went down with us, and look us to the actual collection. This met our need exactly.
Wow! It has been a busy month….where did November go? I am truly grateful to be retired so that I have some time to help my daughter with her new twins, my heart melts when they smile! It is also an added bonus to spend some time with my daughter!
I was also invited in to my school to play volleyball with the staff and students yesterday! Soooo many kids came up to say hello and treat me with their smiles and I have been asked to help in a classroom tomorrow with some eagle art!
I’m trying to make this a ‘gap’ year as I explore different things I want to do with my time and I am allowing myself to try new things and spend time with people I haven’t been able to visit with for years….every day is a new opportunity to try something different!!
Sold the last of two British Indian carpets for a friend that have been sitting around for years. Interesting that she stood her ground on the price. and still sold it.
So impressed with the empathy a Hudsons Bay clerk showed when we were buying a small item. She wanted us to get the best deal we could. It was touching..
While cycling through UVic I ran into a friend walking her dog. We had a great visit enroute. Remarkable how much a small dog has changed her life.
Printer stopped being recognized last night, and found it was not resolved this afternoon… Phoned HP … and they figured out the printer was not on the network. I reset the internet switch and it worked. Angelo was great. Printer got ‘repaired’ just in time for Loni to print out something for a new student and parent coming for the first time.
