Thank you for taking the time to write to us regarding the level of service you received from Jess, in our Saanich Centre store.I wrote a short note of appreciation to computer department of London Drugs , Saanich store. Within 90 minutes I got this personal note back from Customer Service:

Turning the tables….A bus driver and I were talking about ‘driver moments’. He asked me about the stories other drivers have shared with me. Here are some of their moments that stood out for them.

Loved going to, and then performing at their Open Mic. What a lovely spirit! Sang a song which they knew and they sang it to one of their regulars who was going to watch the video of the performances.
Their young family is new to Victoria.. Loved their simple pleasures and family closeness when I saw them at the Salvation Army.
Here’s a question that often brings surprising responses at Home Depot. Where were you working 6 months.. or a year ago? Today’s associate said he was a museum director.Now in addition to 20-30 hours / week at HD, he is an artist, with his own studio…
