I went to Paris…..and….Desolation Sound!! Imagine peace, quiet, beautiful scenery and time to read books!! I loved it!

has anybody made an account in tinkatolli yet? I told one of the staff and he said … WOOT WOOT!!!! ( woot is what you say when you are exited in tinkatolli) I thought you guys would love it. it could even become another school website!

yes, Paris was….spectacular!! You are going to love it when you can use the French you will be learning, it is such a beautiful city. The buildings are amazing, so much detail inside and out! Put the Notre-Dame Cathedral on your list of must sees for sure!!
I will get the kids to look into the website you have mentioned, sounds like fun. We go back on the 6th, when do you start?

What a great summer i had so much fun. but I kind of miss school! 2 more weeks then back to school. 1 thing to hate about going to school Once I’m back in school they get back out. I start my summer fun the following ways. Immediately after school ended on June 30 2011, six of my cousins came for a sleep over for one week at my house! I mean my house was full full 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂

Okay, Ms.Newton do you remember how you and the rest of the class (including me) were begging for a school sleep over? Well at my new school , Thorndale We actually have an annual school sleep over in the gym! With mats a movie popcorn PJ’s and fun!!!!! We also get a talent show just for fun… Cool right??!! I also get special french lessons with two or three other kids so I don’t stay in the french part of the day not understanding a word.. Wait I don’t think you understand that entirely so I am going to rewind a little bit so the sentence makes more sense to you…
So the way school works here is that there are no English schools here. There are all french then there are half and half meaning both English and French. The days are split like Three days of English and Two days of French, Then the next week it would be Three days of French and Two days of English. on English days no french what so ever and on french days no English what so ever unless you are me in that case you go aside and learn french while doing your assignments in mostly English but the parts you know in French.
Well thanks for reading I am going for lunch while you might be sleeping in or watching Tv… Bye on wednesday I shall tell you all about the school Miss you all lots 🙂 :(!!!

I am so excited for you to be learning French! If you read my posts, you will know that I spent almost 3 weeks in France this summer and I had a wonderful time. It’s a beautiful country with so much history, the buildings alone are works of art. So you will have to go to Paris for sure, then there is a bike trip and so much more. I’m already thinking about my next trip!
A school sleepover??!! Waaaaay too much fun!! Sounds like a great school, I can’t wait to hear all about it!!

This is going to be a very short post…
I have found a website called, Tinkatolli. Try looking it up by putting in tinkatolli.me the description is the most unbelievably creative virtual world for kids ever or some thing like that! make an account or at least try to get in if you can’t get in now ask me if the full game has launched yet. Watch the video at the home page it’s awesome and gives you an Idea of weather you like it or not. Also try the tinka maker! Make your tinka wild!!! I did not think that everybody would who read this was going to go out and make an account but if a few people do post your user name so I can friend you. Also I thought Grace would like it just seems fun. Plus if you do make an account and friend me we can trade do things in the tinka fair we can both attend the Bling Fling! If you make an account then and only then will I tell you what the bling fling is. Also my user name on tinkatolli is keiko if you can find me friend me I will show you how to find rare items and I can show you where the canopia chrystall is……..

Hi everybody!!!! 🙂 Sorry I have not posted in a while. I have been having so much fun here in Montreal!! Even though I won’t get to have the best teacher in the world ( Ms.Newton) or go to Kingswood (I have to go to ThornDale Elementary) I can still enjoy living here. I have been lonely lately I miss you guys :'( one of my friends here s being mean and the others are ignoring me…..
I have learned how to ride a bike and let me tell you it’s awesome I was missing out on so much!! Exept there are a lot of hills here so it’s easy one minute the next it fells like your legs will fall off!!!
About learning french… I would rather learn japanese cause I might move to japan when I am older or I might move back to Richmond! Good news Is I am coming back not moving just visiting for a week or two!!!!!!!!!! Is that not great??? 🙂 I might come at Christmas and then next summer. You know hoping we can get through the snow to the airport!!!!
The weather here is crazy one minute sunshine rainbows the next minute BOOM FLASH thunder and lightning… It is horrifying! the rain also makes it humid or at least or more humid. You sweat a lot because of one the heat and two the humidity
