What’s Gone Well Today ® at School
What’s Gone Well Today at School is a question, in fact a movement designed to shift our thinking, to bring out the best in our own experiences at school, with the friends and new faces in our classes . We’re encouraging students and teachers to share experiences that have gone well. We hope that people will find more highlights in their day, and share what they are enjoying in their learning and playing at school.

Hi! this week has been really good. At the beginning of the week when I came in Ms. Newton said that we were going to learn about EAGLES!!!! isn’t that great. We used to study beavers now we are starting eagles and it is really fun. For our first eagle project we drew an eagle picture and we coloured it with oil pastels. Most of us are not done but Jenny is. Oh and after we colour it we outline it with a thick black. When we are finished that we paint over it with black paint and then comes the end. We leave it over night and when we get to school the next day we make little designs on each space and it looks really cool because it stands out a lot. That’s all for this week.

Today we made a cool Trajan’s Column. It was really fun to make. I also like watching the eruption of Pompeii. I didn’t think it was scary.

We watched the eruption of Pompeii! It was a bit scary, but not as scary as Harry Potter.

Today everyone was keen to bulid a Roman Arch with our special blocks and to decorate Trajan’s Column with pictures of his victories. We watched Horrible Histories and read about Roman roads and buildings. After lunch we’re going to scupt with clay and talk about Roman philosophy.
A great day!
