What’s Gone Well Today at School is a question, in fact a movement designed to shift our thinking, to bring out the best in our own experiences at school, with the friends and new faces in our classes . We’re encouraging students and teachers to share experiences that have gone well. We hope that people will find more highlights in their day, and share what they are enjoying in their learning and playing at school.
I had a great week, we ran 3 laps. Today we are doing hip hop dance. Yesterday we did eagles oil pastels, sgraffito and characters is family reunion.We have fun. bye bye 🙂
I had a hard time logging in. We did sgraffito. We still need to put acrylic paint over the oil pastel. On Monday, Wednesday and Thursday we had classes for hip hop today at 1:10 we have a assembly and we have to show a hip hop routine. 😀
Hi,This is Sophia from Kingswood. I had a good week. We did sgraffito on Eagles. And we did HIP HOP!!!!! I was in the front row. I’m a little nervous about going on stage and performing in front of our school because what if you make a mistake? Hopefully we won’t. I’M SOO EXCITED!!! We also did gym and ran laps outside. Also we did characters and our theme was family reunion. It was fun.
We’re back at school this week and it is amazing because today is our Hip Hop performance. We had three practises and we kept on adding more and more steps but she took away the box step.
We did characters it was Family Reunion and we made a family tree with our family name. And did you guys see the hockey game? Canucks won yay! This is all the time I have so bye 🙂
This was a great week. We had HIP HOP so it was very awkward for me. Plus since i’m writing on Friday I get to do the performance. We also got to do characters. The name of the title for characters was: Family Reunion. We got to make our own tree then put names on the tree. After that we outlined and after that we coloured the last thing we had to do was colour the sky a different way… we shaved the pencil with scissors. Yesterday our beavers came out of the Kiln
I’m not sure if I mentioned it before but we made clay beavers so our beavers are fired. We started learning about eagles. Its really weird because whatever animal we learn about Ms. Newton finds a feather or their fur. I think we’re learning about eagles because when we were outside we saw two eagles so that was really amazing!
This week we did sgraffito! Ca caw! Ca caw! Again how rude! I didnt’ even tell you were doing eagles! Oh well 😛 The hip hop performance is today at one o`clock. Here is the song that I was singing earlier is called Letting Go by Jeanelle Monae. I think she has a good voice. \\
Ohoo! I got a call today, from my job up the block, it was my boss to say you know we like you a lot, but we don’t need you J, you daydream too much. Well I’m glad you let me go!!
