What’s Gone Well Today? ®
Here’s an easy way to recognize others… and in turn change how we look at our day, and our life.
When has someone made your day with the service they’ve given, or something they’ve said or done for you? Sharing these moments may inspire others. They lift the spirit!
On another note asking someone What’s Gone Well Today? ®, becomes life-changing. Conversations have a fresh, inspiring perspective.
In the larger picture our tools help individuals and organizations become more empathetic. We would love to hear from you! Please share an experience that’s gone well in your day.

Well today, even though I havn’t been up too long, I read this quote that I really love, “If you judge people, you don’t have time to love them”- Mother Teresa That quote just really stood out to me, and I decided to make sure I live it, and love everyone no matter what, every moment.
A senior couple left an extra ticket at the box office, and were thrilled the ‘right person’ came along who would appreciate it
I had the opportunity to do a demonstration lesson with Kindergarten students today. They are so adorable! If anyone ever has time to volunteer in your child’s class, don’t even stop to think about it. Just DO it!
This past week there has been a lot of opportunities for me to lend a hand to a few of my friends, who have been going through some challenges. I’ve had to keep my ears open to the messages coming to me to tell me what to say, and as long as I had faith that they would come, they came. And I think that it has helped my friends quite a bit. I’ve also learned that through challenges, you end up learning more about yourself, and who you really are.
On a beautiful early morning walk downtown, ran into a former martial arts student who I trained for 2 years, while he was walking his 2 year old son. It has been 5 years since we last saw each other, so to share a 30 minute walk while we both headed in the same direction was a great way to begin the morning!
Just a note to say that wgwt for me for a good few days this week is the fresh inspiration I have been receiving this week as I wake up in the mornings. This concerns a practical project to work on that is gradually taking shape. And also further insights into the relationship of the arts and Science in today’s visual culture as different from the last period of the print culture. Great and stimulating; I am grateful.
