What’s Gone Well Today? ®
Here’s an easy way to recognize others… and in turn change how we look at our day, and our life.
When has someone made your day with the service they’ve given, or something they’ve said or done for you? Sharing these moments may inspire others. They lift the spirit!
On another note asking someone What’s Gone Well Today? ®, becomes life-changing. Conversations have a fresh, inspiring perspective.
In the larger picture our tools help individuals and organizations become more empathetic. We would love to hear from you! Please share an experience that’s gone well in your day.

When I walked up Denison Avenue in the direction that says “dead end” and discovered an amazing look out tower that provided a vista of Juan de Fuca Strait that I had not seen and thinking that I was glimpsing the illusive “Mount Baker” which I yet haven’t seen. Life instead of “dead end”
I phoned a former neighbour who we have always been friendly and caring to. I was looking for an update of her future plans for accommodation, now that she felt ready for a bit more support at home. I shared some spiritual perspectives on being cared for each step of the way. It was a lovely exchange but then I didn’t hear anything from her for a week of more…
A couple of days ago she wrote this to me:
“I’m just on my way to bed , and realized I hadn’t answered your call.
So I listened again,
And there it was. It was beautiful to feel that warmth in my chest when I heard your message. Didn’t even need to hear the words…your kind and caring Voice just brought a smile to my whole body.
Your thoughtful and generous call, has made my day.
All goes well!!
And I have it recorded should I need a little reminder of what friends mean to me, now, and always have.”
After changing our dryer and stove top away from natural gas it’s interesting to observe the drop in natural gas use.
Met a neighbour while walking our pups after dinner. To her one of the benefits of working on our yard’s garden is the conversations she has with folks passing by.
Nature shows we can lose the old feathers and grow new ones for flying or just staying warm.
I’m taking them with me for decorating my sweet home
A friend called us up and and suggested joining her and a couple of friends for a round of 18 holes of mini-golf. We found it a beautiful course. Lots of challenges, and laughs. We’ll return again.
