We drove to Langford to pick up a Varagesale purchase for a friend.
When we drove up the mother who was selling the item, recognized me as the stranger at Red Robins, over a month ago, who congratulated her on her happy family and lovely parenting skills.
Just before we got to her home today, she was just talking to a friend about meeting a stranger at a restaurant, who had shared such positive comments. She recognized me. Cool my comments with a stranger were so meaningful to her.
BEING THERE for a stranger
I have to work today
I woke up earlier to be ready to go to see my dentist and then
On the way, Had kind of a dilemma
I decided to go to a beach nearby…
Just a woman was in the water
As I was passing by, she jumped out of the water and said, “Today is my birthday.”
Such a good feeling to be there for her.
Turnaround
I was driving in San Francisco with a friend down some random street, and my friend blurted out “Turn the car around” so I did. Then I saw that she had seen some special words by Plato on a building. We both hopped out of the car and took photos through the chained link fence. It was such a pleasant surprise and interesting message.
I am so lucky.
Went to the beach with my friends in the morning.
I Asked to Join a laugh yoga there.
Was so good.
