What’s Gone Well Today? ®
Here’s an easy way to recognize others… and in turn change how we look at our day, and our life.
When has someone made your day with the service they’ve given, or something they’ve said or done for you? Sharing these moments may inspire others. They lift the spirit!

Flowers and bees and listening to birds singing.
I played soccer yesterday. the other team didn’t want to let me play as a woman. But I insisted to stay and now I am in their FaceBook group chat too. They have asked me to play as a defender (a fixed position).
Something similar happened in my workplace too.

I appreciate the ways the city has set aside protective paths for cyclists. Love the accommodation. It really makes city cycling and exploring more enjoyable.
Waiting outside a church thrift store by the donation table with our ‘pups’ enjoying a moment in the shade, I spotted this used paper shredder in it’s original packaging. I asked a volunteer to test it for me inside and price it. $8 in perfect condition. I’ve been putting up with one in poor condition for a while.
There is a rule in our condo that we’re not to store carts or other items in or around our underground parking stall. However there are many shades of grey. I live on the 3rd floor and brought my cart and plastic composter down to the carpark, then to the recycling bins and instead of returning these items back to my apartment, I left them in my parking stall with the idea of catching about 30 minutes of fresh air and then bringing everything back upstairs after that.
When I returned from my walk the cart and composter were gone. This bugged me to no end because I had an idea of who removed it and to me it seemed petty.
However over the next 4 or 5 days i practised watching my reactions and it’s amazing what came to mind, but i eventually got to a place where I could see that I’m complete that that meant I have what I need period, and that couldn’t be taken away from me. I refused to make it a reality by gossiping, and could see the innocence of everyone involved. At one point I went to the common storage area and looked around but couldn’t see anything I recognized. The whole memory of this event finally
left me and I no longer spent any energy on it.
Then as I was headed for the elevator a couple of evenings ago I literally bumped into the cart which was in plain sight near the elevator, and simply wheeled it back
to my place. No need to know what happened, who took it, or who brought it back.
