A brother and sister booked into two of our rooms for the school year as of Sept 1. He lived here a couple of years ago, so he is a rock solid addition.
One morning earlier this week, my husband and I decided we should take the Mill Bay ferry and go to Sidney for lunch. It was such a beautiful day, and it was so lovely to be on the calm water and see all the scenery, from Brentwood Bay we took a country road to Sidney, which was also very scenic. We sat on a patio for lunch overlooking the ocean with a view of Mt Baker, we also enjoyed watching all the people going by. It’s been a few years since we last visited Sidney so we had a nice time looking in the little shops, all the people seemed so happy so it was a really good day! Also Sidney has a good sized used book store, my husband who is an avid reader scored a few books so he was a happy camper!
Yesterday a thought passed by my mind and I whispered to myself: “I wish it happens. ” Then it happened🤦🏻♀️🤣🤷🏻♀️
I really love this opportunity to share what happened as it may help others.
Make a wish, the biggest one.
It is free.
Make it bigger and bigger, with the whole details..leaving .no limits
At first you may think it is impossible. Then when you see it take place, you laugh and enjoy it😊
A right idea at the right moment happened when I was walking with my friend and her lovely golden retriever, my friend usually goes down to the park so her dog can go for a swim but it was a quite a warm day and the park was another kilometre down the road, I then remembered there was a public access on the lake that was much closer, I hadn’t been down it for a few years so wasn’t sure if there was a clear access, it turned out to be perfect, her dog got to go for a swim, and she was so happy!
A neighbourhood win-win-win
Having the pups to play with makes their children happy and in turn it makes their mom happy too. The pups ‘love the love’ and play, and run over when it’s time to hang with this family.
