What’s Gone Well Today? ®
Here’s an easy way to recognize others… and in turn change how we look at our day, and our life.
When has someone made your day with the service they’ve given, or something they’ve said or done for you? Sharing these moments may inspire others. They lift the spirit!
On another note asking someone What’s Gone Well Today? ®, becomes life-changing. Conversations have a fresh, inspiring perspective.
In the larger picture our tools help individuals and organizations become more empathetic. We would love to hear from you! Please share an experience that’s gone well in your day.

Isn’t it lovely how things are opening up again, the other day a lady mentioned that as she was passing by someone, they commented that it was so lovely to see her smile, I think we have all missed that!
I received this little lantern in my workplace tonight.
It’s been helpful working with this idea:
A day is 24 hours. Be hopeful for seeing a miracle by end of your day. Ask the sky, the Divine. Promise! Something happens…If something belongs to you, you will receive it someday, at the right time. It could be a job, a home, or your love.
It is difficult to be still.
Just make a vision and celebrate it.
Reminded of this song by Cold Play.
When you try your best, but you don’t succeed
When you get what you want but not what you need
When you feel so tired, but you can’t sleep
Stuck in reverse
And the tears come streaming down your face
When you lose something, you can’t replace
When you love someone, but it goes to waste
Could it be worse?
Lights will guide you home
And ignite your bones
And I will try to fix you
At Thrifties there was a mom and small child ( 4 yrs?). The mom had a number of tatoos and I asked her what his first one will be.
She didn’t know..
I told of her Pop’s last word in his life ” Marvellous” .. after ice cream Loni brought in to the hospital. Two of his grandchildren had that word tattooed on their bodies.
The mom loved the story and thanked me for sharing it with her.
Like a rising tide.. it lifted all the boats.
Jaden texted me after his mom was released from hospital in Whistler after getting a concussion and said “She’s good”.
Sweet to see the pups reaching out ( including High 5’s) with a neighbouring 6 year old, building up her confidence in relating to dogs.
Given the right setting they are quite the ‘working dogs’.
