What’s Gone Well Today ® at School
What’s Gone Well Today at School is a question, in fact a movement designed to shift our thinking, to bring out the best in our own experiences at school, with the friends and new faces in our classes . We’re encouraging students and teachers to share experiences that have gone well. We hope that people will find more highlights in their day, and share what they are enjoying in their learning and playing at school.
Oh my gosh! I miss you guys sooooooooooooooooooooo much. You don’t even know.
Ok so at my new school it is pretty cool. The gym teacher isn’t very nice but it’s ok. In gym at my new school first we had to choose a partner my partner’s name is Natasha. That’s the name of my sister! After we chose we got a spot and stood in that spot. Then we stood up and the gym teacher put on a song. The song was called Edge Of Glory. We stretched to the song and then we did five push ups and five sit ups! I didn’t like doing push ups or sit ups. I find that sit ups are kind of hard to do. After the push ups we got into teams for a game and played soccer! And that was gym.
Now lets head off to the library. In the library its really cool! Want to know why? Ok I’ll tell you. It’s because every year the librarian emails a lady and then the lady sends her something back and she types back a school that is anywhere in the world! This year the school is in New Zealand. It’s a cool place!(well that’s what I think!) We made bookmarks and we are going to send them to the school and then when they get the bookmarks they make some and send them to us! Cool huh?
For math we are doing graphing data too!(if you are still doing graphing data that is) Except it’s kind of harder. = ( But I still love math and I always will and I know that!
Ok let me tell you about the classroom and the teacher and stuff. The school is called Little Mountain Elementary School and we are the cougars too! My teacher’s name is Mrs.Huitema. She is pretty nice. She has black hair with a little bit of curls and her favourite number I think is 24 but I’m not quite sure. She is also pretty skinny. My school does not have pods or group desks it just has classes with doors and single desks. I’m not used to that. =)
I haven’t moved yet but I’m staying at my grandma’s house for the week. I go to my grandma’s house everyday after school. It’s actually pretty cool! I have fun there.

Yogeet you are so Lucky to be in Ms. Newton’s class again!!! But Ms. Thomas isn’t bad at all to be honest! We are working on a class science project called “Operation Egg Drop”. We have to make a contraption at home and at school so that when Mr. Higo brings out projects onto the roof of the school and he drops them off. So my idea is to get a box on with a sock on each part of the box. Inside the box there is cotton balls stapled in place. So Once the egg drops, The force with go to the sock and it will just bounce inside the box. So it is actually pretty simple but effected 😀 Also Ms. Thomas has a ticket draw as well! But in this ticket draw if the class participates in a activity and everyone does very well, Then she writed on a ticket and it says “class” on it. So if that ticket is drawn then the whole class gets a prize! today I won 2 times. But no matter what, Ms. Newton is always going to be my favorite teacher. Now that i think about it I saw Div. 5 do a run! I saw you go as fast as you can. But as well as Ms. Newtons class, we aren’t allowed to walk 😉 usually we do a lap each day. It is actually pretty fun now! I have seen a major improvement with my running ever since i went into Ms. N’s class. But back to the science project, I will be getting to test my project next Thursday after silent reading! I Can’t Wait!!!

YES FINALLY…FINALLY…I am so happy summer is over and again in Ms.Newton’s class.
I have been so bored in the summer but the only NOT BORING things were Strawberry picking, Blueberry picking, and going to Victoria. For blueberry picking, my sister and my mom and I picked 10 pounds and same thing with Strawberry picking. Well that’s all the time I have. I have to go for recess but I’ll talk about Victoria next Friday.
The best week of school EVER! 😉 I love this class what could be more fun? Oops,I almost forgot, we are not aloud to have fun at school!
YES…FINALLY…FINALLY…. SUMMER… is over again and I guessed which class I was going to be in! We started by painting a picture of ourselves being active, mine is a picture of me walking my dog! We also made our characters yesterday.
WE DID OUR SPELLING TEST… and I had a… SUMMER! 🙂 .
Wow! I have not written on this website for such a long time! I was going to write on this website in the summer, but I forgot.
This week we did characters. In characters we made our characters. We also named our characters. (I named my character Natalia Denise Milone) In characters Abbey and I are cousins. Emma and I are also cousins.
This week we did guitars. We learned D chord. (I already know D , A7 ,G chord and E Minor)
In computers we did garage band. We had computers with Mr.Naso. In computers Mr.Naso was picking songs and he picked my song. My song was random.
This week we went for a run. I did 2 laps. It was fun. 🙂
