What’s Gone Well Today at School is a question, in fact a movement designed to shift our thinking, to bring out the best in our own experiences at school, with the friends and new faces in our classes . We’re encouraging students and teachers to share experiences that have gone well. We hope that people will find more highlights in their day, and share what they are enjoying in their learning and playing at school.
CANUCKS ARE WINNING THE SERIES!! Canucks are winning the series 3-1! . The next game is tomorrow. If Canucks win the game tomorrow they will go to the conference finals. And if we win the conference finals, the Canucks can go to the Stanley cup finals. The Canucks are doing very well. Kesler finally got some goals. Do you know why we are doing 18,860 times 6? Because there were 6 home games and 18,860 seats in Rogers arena. Good luck Canucks.
I had a great week and this is not all we did this week.
Wow! I haven’t written in awhile because I was sick. 🙁 But I feel much better now. Now moving on. Ok soon it is going to be Mother’s Day so we made a card for our mom. I think my mom will love it! Oh we also made a magnet, well a flower magnet. I think my mom will love that too.
In gym we played hockey and doctor dodge ball but I only played doctor dodge ball.
For hockey, real hockey Vancouver is doing really well! In the series the score is 3-1.
We are learning some new guitar songs like Let Your Spirit Soar, Yellow Submarine oh and Four Strong Winds. Well that is all I remember.
We also measured how long a blue whale is by going outside with a tape measure. It is 90 feet or 27.5 meters. I was surprised. How does it fit in the water!?
We are reading a novel called Geronimo Stilton and I have one called A Fabumouse Vacation For Geronimo. Ya that is the title of my novel but I just took this book so I don’t know anything about it yet.
Well that is all I can wright now gotta go bye bye.
It’s Mother’s Day on Sunday, we made a pop-out card with flowers in the heart and a note on each side. Then we made a flower magnet with a heart in the middle that says LOVE YOU. Then Ms.Newton help us glue it with the glue gun. The flower and stem were made with pipe cleaners.
We also measure how long a Blue whale was. I ran 100 feet, but it is not as long as I thought it would be. We did it outside because inside our school is only 75m.
On Tuesday, we learn new guitar songs. I could only remember some of them:

Yesterday hockey score was 4-2, we won! 🙂 In the series it was 3-1.
When we did gym, we split the gym in half. Girls on one side the Boys on the other, the boys play hockey and the girls play dodge ball.
What’s 18860 x 6 equals? Do you know why we do this? Because every hockey game they put white towels on every seat and they’re 18860 seats.
We also did Geronimo Stilton my book is called The Valley Of The Giant Skeleton. I’m still working on the title page.
Wow! I might just use the S word….Spectacular! Mother’s day is right around the corner. In computers we made the Mother’s Day card. We went on Microsoft Word. We went through some difficult step. And finally I got a perfect Mother’s Day. In the front page was a picture of two faces of me and a weird hand gesture that look like a Chinese empire…with a tail, a weird tail. And inside a lovey poem. The kind of poem was called acrostic. Like:
M for millions of things you give to me
You know?
WOW! This week was awesome we got to do our mothers day cards for mothers day. It is a pop-up card we put what we appreciate them for and what we can do to help, we also got to make a gift for our moms, it was a flower that says (love you) on it. Also got to measure how big a whale is, it is 100 ft. tall that’s more than five elephants.

I had a great week. We made Mother’s Day cards and flowers. My flower is purple and it has a green stem and a pink heart. It was fun and hard too.
I’m happy because we won the hockey game and we are ahead in the series 3-1 and the score in last night’s game was 4-2. I did my homework and I watched the game with my mom and my brother!
