What’s Gone Well Today ® at School
What’s Gone Well Today at School is a question, in fact a movement designed to shift our thinking, to bring out the best in our own experiences at school, with the friends and new faces in our classes . We’re encouraging students and teachers to share experiences that have gone well. We hope that people will find more highlights in their day, and share what they are enjoying in their learning and playing at school.
I don’t remember a lot we did this week. But I’ll tell you what I remember. We had some extra time so we went outside measured a blue whale. Once we measured it we ran back and forth on the line saying “I ran around a Blue Whale.”The Blue Whale can grow27.5m (90ft) to (100ft).
We went to the gym and split the gym in half because the girls’ wanted to play doctor dodge ball and the boys’ wanted to play hockey well most of the boys.
We played some songs with the guitar. Some of them were really hard to play because they were really fast songs. My favourite song we sang was the yellow submarine. Ms. Newton’s favorite song was Let Your Spirit Soar.
We are reading Geronimo Stilton books the one I’m reading is Geronimo and the gold medal mystery. Ms. Newton wants us to listen better.
I HAD A GREAT WEEK!!!!
What a week! We went to gym with Mr. Mackay. We divided the gym in half. I had too much fun in gym, don’t tell Ms. Newton that we had fun at school! We played hockey and doctor dodge ball.
We got to make mother’s day cards. I had way too much fun again and we made mother’s day flower magnets. In Geronimo Stilton I read two books so far. Now I’m on my third book. I like reading Geronimo
Stilton books.
We got new songs to play on the guitar. I like let your spirit soar and yellow submarine.
I had a fun week 🙂
We’ve made mother’s day cards, they are pop-ups. Inside the card is a paper made flower bouquet but there are only 4 flowers. On the sides there are triangular pieces of paper saying the things we want to help out with and why we appreciate our moms! We also made magnetic pipe-cleaner flowers that say I love you. I hope she likes it!
We did gym with Mr.Mackay. We split the gym in half so the boys got to play hockey and the girls could play Dr.Dodge ball! After that the girls brought out the hoola hoops and scooters to play with it was super-duper FUN did I mention FUN FUN FUN???! 🙂
We played the guitar with some new songs my favorite was yellow submarine I love that song!
Almost every day we do Geronimo Stilton. On Tuesday I wrote a one and a half page summary the teacher said that’s great I love reading Geronimo Stilton most kids have only read 2 or 3 books but I am in the lead I have read 7 and currently am on my 8th.
I only have three more weeks of school for I am moving to Montreal that’s very far away from where I am! It is very scarey for my family and I.

Hi it is Jenny! Vilayson I hope you get better. OK this is what we did today we ran and Alexander ran 10 with out stopping and I ran 10 but I walked a lot but that is just 1 of the things we did. Oh sorry that today is the day the we got POPCORN! Too bad.
I am SO SUPRISED! This week went too FAST! WOW that is unbelievable! I should find who’s doing this! Oh well I’ll just tell what I did this week OK? We did window wall. Ms.N divided us in to to groups,window and wall. Wall won tickets so I lost=(
I am so HAPPY! We won the hockey game! 1-0! yes! Luongo got a SHUTOUT!!!!!!
We ran HAD around to run around the track four times. I ran around 6 times. If you think that a lot the someone did 10!

Wow!!!!! Its been a fantastic week! Have you seen the weather today. Today its sunny and warm! Its a perfect day to go for a run.
Today I went for a run. I did four laps around the field. It was tiring and fun. The best part about the run was the weather.
Today we had a math drill. We did times 7 , times 4 , times 3 and times 8. Before the math drill we played window wall. It was fun.
This week we did characters. In characters we wrote about meeting the Easter bunny. It was fun.
