What’s Gone Well Today ® at School
What’s Gone Well Today at School is a question, in fact a movement designed to shift our thinking, to bring out the best in our own experiences at school, with the friends and new faces in our classes . We’re encouraging students and teachers to share experiences that have gone well. We hope that people will find more highlights in their day, and share what they are enjoying in their learning and playing at school.

On Monday the GIANTS!! came. First he told us where it was then he told us what day it’s on, the game we are going to is on Dec.11, 2015. Then he told us where it was, it is near the PNE. After we played a game called heads or tails and a boy in our class won a signed jersey!!!. After that we had gym we played hockey and I scored 1 and my friend scored a goal.
My favourite thing about this week is when we did characters because we made pets for our characters. Then we chose what we want I picked a puppy. After we drew it on a piece on paper we traced it with a felt pen. Later we cut it and we left the felt pen outline so when we cut we had little bit of brown showing. Our teacher loved what we drew she was so happy. I had super fun.
Today was a fun day! We did math, guitar and a girl named Amy played an incredible song. Also we did reading and we learned about this guy that took something bad called drugs. His name was Adam we feel so sorry for him because he passed away. His sister and his mom are trying to help others. The Remembrance Day assembly was great I was crying. We sang Last Night I Had The Strangest Dream. We also had one boy and girl place the reef in the Remembrance Day assembly. Also the Vancouver Giants came and we get a ticket to a game.
This week we did characters. Our characters went to Alert Bay and I had great time writing. I learned so much about the world’s tallest totem pole and the First Nations people!
This week we got to play my Kahoot my authors name is Elisabetta Dami. We went out side to get leaves for an art project with crayons it looks really pretty and then we are going to paint. I think we are going to paint today to add some colour and a background to finish it. We practiced our song for Remembrance day with another class it’s called Last night i had the strangest dream. Our characters went to Alert Bay and we learned about totem poles. I also learned that the tallest totem pole is 173 feet tall you need wires to make sure it stays up.
It was a fun week.
Today didn’t go very well because Jaclyn and Amy were trying to push me down the slide and their friends are watching but they didn’t say anything. I went to a corner where nobody can see me and began to cry. But Jaclyn found me and said sorry to me. I forgive her. I feel better now.
