What’s Gone Well Today ® at School
What’s Gone Well Today at School is a question, in fact a movement designed to shift our thinking, to bring out the best in our own experiences at school, with the friends and new faces in our classes . We’re encouraging students and teachers to share experiences that have gone well. We hope that people will find more highlights in their day, and share what they are enjoying in their learning and playing at school.
This week was awesome! We had a student lead confrence. I showed my mom a lot of things I did this term. And we got two days of early dissmissal. And tommorow we got a Pro-D-Day because it is almost Valentine’s Day. I can’t wait till it is Valentine’s Day! You get treats and especially chocolate! Today at school I searched some history about Valentine’s Day.It was so fun! This week was great 🙂 !
Wow what a fun year. We got to go on a field trip to the aquarium. I saw an octopus it was so cool. Also I saw dolphins and I saw a monkey it was cool.
We had an assembly I was scared because I had to speak in the microphone. We got to see our assembly on the TV.
At our school we had a pancake breakfast. The pancakes were good and we got to wear our pyjamas and we watched a good movie.
We have learned how to play the guitar. We have learned A7, G and D. I am going to teach my mom how to play when she comes to school today.
We do lots of art. We use chalk pastels and we use oil pastels. We also use watercolour pencil crayons and we us clay to make pots.
I can”t what until my mom comes for the conference. I want to show my mom what I have done.
This year is going great. Guitar is pretty good, I have learned three chords and my favourite song is Gypsy Rover. I like learning new things every day. Art is so much fun. I like working with clay, it is very fun and I wish I can do it ever day! It has also been fun to play with chalk pastels and oil pastels.
I love math like! + – and x they are all easy to do and we are learning our facts. Everyone in my class loves hockey and we play at school too. It is too much fun and today we are have a conference with our parents so I get to show them what I have been doing this year.

We have gone on two field trips. I liked them both.The first one we went on was the Burnaby Village Museum and the second one was the aquarium. It was so much fun! I really liked characters. We have been doing lots of art about elephants. It is fun. We are still in the middle of drawing a picture of four or five elephants.
We have a new student and his name is James and he is nice. We used to have another new student but he left the school and his name is Nathon.
This year gets better and better every day! XD
Well, it’s normal to be nervous but you had nothing to be nervous about! You did a FABULOUS job! 🙂 It was fun to come to see all the neat stuff you’ve been doing this year. Your writing an your artwork are something to be proud of! And thank you for the awesome guitar lesson! I learned something today! Woo Hoo!

On Wednesday my class gets hockey all day long. We play in gym before recess and hockey box at lunch and hockey practice at six and there might be a hockey game on T.V.
We do art on Tuesday and and we use all kinds of medium like chalk pastels and oil pastels there is also water color pencil crayon and paint who knows how many more there are.
We get to teach our parents the guitar there are three cords we know the A7,D and G
We are learning about elephants and we made a book we glue a paper into the book and right down the most important facts.
We also do characters. we made our characters out of cloth and card board paper. My character’s name is Rambo Singh. My favourite page is my pet.
