What’s Gone Well Today ® at School
What’s Gone Well Today at School is a question, in fact a movement designed to shift our thinking, to bring out the best in our own experiences at school, with the friends and new faces in our classes . We’re encouraging students and teachers to share experiences that have gone well. We hope that people will find more highlights in their day, and share what they are enjoying in their learning and playing at school.
It was an awesome week. We went on a field trip on Thursday June 6,2013. We went to the park and after we went to Gulf of Georgia Cannery. After we ate lunch and played at the beach we got to go in the water with our shoes off, it was so much fun at the beach. Larissa and I fell in the water. It was so much fun there.
This week has been fantastic. We went on a field trip to Gulf Georgia Cannery. It was so much fun. We also watched a movie called Travel Through Time it was sad. We had to have groups. I was in Ms. Newton’s group, in it there was Larissa , Shivneel , Amarai and me. The grade 7s had a bake sale for a gift for the school at the end of the year but I could not buy any, I forgot. This Tuesday was the track meet I was in 2nd place for sprints and 3rd for the relay.
It was fun.
It has been a great week. Division 9 is trying to beat our class in cross country and I ran 3 laps. We took a brain break this morning. Breaks help our brain and calm our brain down. At track in a race I was in third place it was really fun. After I ate then I ran a race again, it was a very fun day.
WOW! What a SPECTACULAR week! We finally had track. I was in two relays. I won second in two of the relays.
We had a field trip on Thursday to the Gulf Of Georgia Cannery. We watched a movie called Travel Through Time and we also went on a boat with a washroom a kitchen and a bedroom. On the field trip we first went on the play park. After we went to Gary Point Park and the beach. We got to on the water and I got wet!
Today some kids got to throw whip cream on Mrs. Higo and Miss Chan’s face! It was funny. I’m looking forward to the next week!

I barley remember what we did on Monday, so I’m going straight to Tuesday! 😛
On Tuesday we FINALLY did track & field! ^_^
I was in the 400m long distance and the 4×100 relay race. I won 5th place in long distance and 2nd in the relay. We also did the book fair and I bought 4 books for myself and I bought 1 book for Darren, 1 book for Gracy, 1 book for Maddy, 1 book for Kayla and 1 poster for Dylan! 😀
On Wednesday we had a substitute for 2 blocks. We also had gym, we did hockey! 😉
On Thursday we had a field trip to the Canary in Stevston. We were doing a program called ”Canary quest”
On Friday we had a assembly and we had two draws, one is for winning books, (which I won a 1D quiz book.) 😀 And the other draw was for throwing pies in Ms. Chan’s face and Mr. Higo’s. It was super SUPER funny!!!!!!!!

Hi it’s me Darren A. This week we finally had track and field on Tuesday! Aaron, Amarai, Ethan and I were in a 4×100 relay. A guy fell at the finish line so we were in 6th came up to 2nd so we may be in the finals 🙂
Today we had an assembly and we got to throw pie in Mr. Higo and Ms. Chan’s face it was hilarious but it was only wipping cream it was still funny anyways 😀
