What’s Gone Well Today ® at School
What’s Gone Well Today at School is a question, in fact a movement designed to shift our thinking, to bring out the best in our own experiences at school, with the friends and new faces in our classes . We’re encouraging students and teachers to share experiences that have gone well. We hope that people will find more highlights in their day, and share what they are enjoying in their learning and playing at school.
It has been an awesome term. On Thursday we had to picked our favourite writing that we have done and I picked my Halloween writing because I liked it after we drew mice on a big piece of paper. On Tuesday we did an angel and first I thought mine was bad but then Maninder said its good then I did 4 prints. It has been an awesome term.
It has been a amazing term. In Characters I have two that I like the two that the best are my pet and my pumpkin. We made pinch pots today after lunch we are going to paint them.
Hi, it`s Sophia.Y. I had a SPECTACULAR term. 🙂 This term in characters we learned how to do full sentences, and fun paragraphs! 😀 Today we had a assembly hosted by Div. 3, we performed guitars at the assembly. The songs were Jingle Bells, Old Toy Trains and Christmas Times A Coming. 😛
Now back to characters, did I tell you that our characters made a letter to Santa! I even made a personal letter by myself!!
In this term we did lots of art, wee`r even going to do it today! In art we did printings, pinch pot made out of clay, Christmas trees, and paper stars too!
And also we are reading a novel called Mice At Center Ice, it`s a book about a mouse named Benny who is on the mice`s team and a rat named Big Boris on the rat`s team. Now you’re thinking “what`s up with the teams?” well I`ll tell you what`s up with the teams, the mice`s team is playing against the rat`s team for the Cheddar Cup!
This year I made friends with Maddy, Arcana, Aaron, Vanessa, Darren. S and Gracy.
And about helping others, I helped Kayla by making her laugh when she was hurt.
It has been an awesome term!
It has great term. My friends Aaron, Maninder, Dylan and Thaddeus let me play tag with them. We have been reading a novel called Mice At Center Ice. In guitar we have learned the G, A7 and D chords, and many new songs. At lunch I ran 8 laps, in art we made angels out of ink with prints. We made a letter to Santa in characters.
It has been an great term. We all have been active. We ran laps on sunny days.
Our class chose our favourite page and my favourite one is my house’s picture and the paragraph. We learned how to do full sentences
and paragraphs.
We did print making and we used acrylic paint. We used clay to make lots of things too.
Our Novel which the title is Mice At Centre Ice and it is exciting!

It has been an awesome term. We all had to pick our favourite page in our Characters book. My pet is my favourite because I had fun folding and cutting it. We also got play around with clay. In guitar we got to learn lots of songs on the guitar. We also learned the chords G, A7 and D. I helped Vanessa, Maninder, and Navjot solve a problem. Navjot, Maninder, and Aaron let me play tag with them.
