What’s Gone Well Today at School is a question, in fact a movement designed to shift our thinking, to bring out the best in our own experiences at school, with the friends and new faces in our classes . We’re encouraging students and teachers to share experiences that have gone well. We hope that people will find more highlights in their day, and share what they are enjoying in their learning and playing at school.
Hello! This week was great because in gym we played soccer. My team lost because it was 4-5 but 2 girls on my team were talking and some times they got the ball.
In charaters we wrote about Rick Hansen. Did you know Rick lives in Richmond because I didn’t and that at age 15 he went fishing with his friend Don. Then he was siting in the back of a pickup truck and then they got injured :(.

It had been a super great week at school.
Yesterday we did Characters and for Characters we did Rick Hansen. Rick was 15 and he was sitting in the back of a truck. The truck went around a curve and then he was thrown out of the truck and now can’t walk. We coloured a picture of Rick Hansen in the picture of the Eiffel Tower and a statue of Rick Hansen.
I am so excited that we have Sports Day in seven days and we have pizza day on that day and hot dogs day TOO!
I had a great week. on Thursday we had gym with Mr. Naso we played soccer the first game we beat Jets team 2 – 1 and in the same game i got kicked in the shin and after we played against Nathans team and won. and we started learning about Rick Hansen in characters.
We learned about Rick Hansen this week. He broke his spinal cord and his back at the age of 15.

Computers. egh I guess it was alright. not the best though.
Gym. !!!! your kidding right!? Gym was awesome for a girl! Well that was only because I sat on a bench the whole time because I dont like gym very much. But it was fun when I was actually playing.
On the long weekend I had so much fun! Every night me and my family would have barbeques it is awesome

Substitute teacher Ms. Patterson. She was really fun, but a little strict, but I didint mind it one bit!!
Dasha came back from Russia the other day. It was awesome! She hasn’t changed one bit! She’s still the same good Dasha she’s always been
Art was messy messy messy! sticky messy goopy! still, it was good. Thats all for now!

Hi it has been a great week. On Monday it was Victoria day so that meant no school :).
For characters we did Rick Hanson we learned about his injury! This is how his injury happened. He was going fishing and after he was done he was riding home in a pick up truck and then the truck turned the corner and it slipped off. His friend was alright but Rick could not use his legs ever again. Rick has raised lots of money for spinal cord research.
That’s all the time I have for now.
