What’s Gone Well Today at School is a question, in fact a movement designed to shift our thinking, to bring out the best in our own experiences at school, with the friends and new faces in our classes . We’re encouraging students and teachers to share experiences that have gone well. We hope that people will find more highlights in their day, and share what they are enjoying in their learning and playing at school.
This week is mom day I mean mother’s day. On this mom day I mean mother’s day I made
a special card for my mom.
This week we did a lot of things. We made our mothers day cards. To make our Mother’s Day cards we had to research Mother’s Day. A fact about Mother’s Day is that some countries celebrate International Women Day in stead of Mother’s Day.
Guess what Patricio came back to visit. In the beginning I was really happy to see him but then nobody left him alone. I felt really bad for him because people knocked him over but for some reason he liked it.

This has been a great week we made a Mother’s Day card with 2 hearts and in the middle of the white heart it says: Happy Mother’s Day! But we wrote that in calligraphy. Also inside the card it showed history of mother’s day, why we care for our mom and the things we will do for our mom.
This week Patricio came back to visit!!! I think it was weird for him because every where he went a crowd of his old friends followed. I started following but then we had to keep running after him. I feel bad for him and good for him. Good because everyone wanted to talk to him so it was like he was famous. Bad because people knocked him over about 4 times!
In gym we played hockey. We lost 4-1:) I’m happy because I played and took a shot on net which i never get to do… Well we had Ryan in goal so that was awesome but for the second round they got Ryan in goal so that team had Noah and Ryan we lost 2 goals. Next we scored then we got Sahil in net we lost a goal then Emma was in net. We lost another goal so that is how we ended up with the score 4-1.
Hi, it has been a great week. My dad had surgery and it went well. Also, Pat came to visit our school and that was fun :D! In gym we played hockey. I scored one goal. It went through the goalie’s legs.
😛 Awesome awesome awesome with a capital A! 1. I get to see the boy Devon today after school. 2. We made our Mother’s Day cards. 3. I get to see my aunt!
Awesome right? Well I think so. Any ways, I just bought my aunt’s dog from her for $350.99 sweet right? Her name is Jinx. Also Patricio 🙂 came to school on Thursday. 😮 I’m turning green in the face because of Roman’s terrifying burn that his cousin gave him. No, it was not an Indian burn it was a motorcycle burn. Ouch! I just got Yogeet to give me an Indian burn. No, my skin did not fall off. Now, just because I sprained my ankle the other day, my mom says I bruise like a peach. 😛 ( i’ll tell you that story but first I have to tell you this story.) I’m covered in bruises the end!

Yesterday we were making our Mother a card and on Monday we searched for facts about Mother’s Day and I found about ten facts. For our Mother’s present we made an eagle’s reflection. We had to rub the back to make a great texture and we used a brayer to put the blue block paint on. Then we put it on cardboard.
I wish the Mothers in the whole world a Happy Mother’s Day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
