What went well today?
I sat in a room of people all pushing to change context in this city. For a moment we were individual gears, locked together and pushing each other forward to reach our individual goals which are part of the whole machine.
l am grateful for my team, but also for the opportunity to shift our stories that WGWT and Advisory Board offers greater victoria and beyond.

This behaviour on the part of other humans with no prior knowledge of us is the key item in this tale. Empathy and compassion are the trade marks of the species. No wonder when one looks up a synonym for compassionate the word humane is found.
Meeting someone else who has also been to Conversation Work’s Advisory Board results in a remarkable conversation. Already knowing the questions as well as equipped with the empathy makes a tremendous difference.

Two days ago I posted an ad for our suite and yesterday got a call from someone with immediate needs, and with a remarkable skill set that may help in a major project ConversationWorks is pursuing. He moves in today.
