Having the right question makes all the difference
When I mentioned the wording of an error message the Tesla tech changed gears and asked me to turn off WIFI on my phone. That cleared an obstacle for the phone app to now work. Big mystery solved.
New territory
A battle with the Tesla phone app which I couldn’t connect with by phone, or to the Tesla. Talked to a few people that really helped. Knowing the right question made all the difference when I was talking to a Samsung help tech, ” How do you clear the cache on this app?” Turns out the ‘reset app preferences ‘ clears the cache for all apps. How sweet to finally have it engage and have my phone be connected with the Tesla!
