What’s Gone Well Today? ®
Here’s an easy way to recognize others… and in turn change how we look at our day, and our life.
When has someone made your day with the service they’ve given, or something they’ve said or done for you? Sharing these moments may inspire others. They lift the spirit!
On another note asking someone What’s Gone Well Today? ®, becomes life-changing. Conversations have a fresh, inspiring perspective.
In the larger picture our tools help individuals and organizations become more empathetic. We would love to hear from you! Please share an experience that’s gone well in your day.

Heard that two of our tenants are being very supportive of each other, in surprising ways that would not be readily available anywhere else.
Washing my dishes and cleaning my room yesterday.
Having time to pray last night.
Colette is almost ready for ‘the next big thing’ which we had picked up a couple of years ago at a wonderful garage sale. We used it at church before this.
Talk about ‘big things’ .. the next day she turned over on her own.
I am grateful for you who shared new ideas with me and shifted my attitude. I did not know that if I am grateful more often, then I receive more.
I’m starting to get out for walks ,with my walking poles, since my recent stroke which affected my left side.
Getting up the small hill from my house leaves me out of breath and puffing. Thus I pull over, off the side walk, and into a neighbour’s drive way to
rest and catch my breath.
While I was standing there, looking at the new house being built, a young woman stopped. She was coming from the University.
“Can I help you: are you okay”? She accompanied her question with a beautiful smile, while she double checked.
“Yes, thank you I’m fine, just catching my breath. But thank you for asking”. We had a lovely connection, and I felt like a cared for lady. We said goodbye.
I carried on, and crossed over to the University path. Completed my walking, and enjoyed sharing the path with runners. There was what I recognize as good will in our exchanges.
I headed home, a little tired. Crossed over Gordonhead and waved thanks at those cars which stopped for me at the light.
Then, up a sorta little hill, silently saying hi to my neighbours, as I passed their homes.
Stopped again, just about home, but needed a little pause.
And along came a second student with ear phones in.
I smiled, as the student paused.” Do you need some help”?
I wondered If I looked particularly needy. No apparently not. She just wondered. I felt like a cared for respected senior. We enjoyed a thank you and a bye. I felt so well and happy.
My day had gone very well . 🍁🍂🌻🐿 Joan
Woke up this morning to a warm phone call with some inspiring words from an old friend.
->”Gratitude for what you’ve already received makes you ready to receive more.”
