When has someone made your day with the service they’ve given, or something they’ve said or done for you? Sharing these moments may inspire others. They lift the spirit!
On another note asking someone What’s Gone Well Today? ®, becomes life-changing. Conversations have a fresh, inspiring perspective.

I have met some cool people recently and spent the weekend out.
I twisted my ankle pretty badly but Terry, a fellow tenant, gave me a cane and a really good cream called RUB 535 and it literally saved me. I was thinking I might go to a doctor. I didn’t have to.
I’ve been on a team of chaplains at UVic for a couple of years. Today another colleague whom I have never really engaged with before, chatted for about 15 minutes as I was ending, and she beginning a shift at the Student Wellness Centre. It was a wonderful chat, that included recording a remarkable moment in her school teaching career. She later wrote, “Enjoyed our conversation and felt buoyed up by it all day.”
How ‘old-school’ to write and say that.
Love it!
I just feel gratitude every day and so thankful for all the good things happening, like loving messages from my family, loving support from friends, the clear reflections on the lake of the full moon!
What blesses one blesses all!
