What’s Gone Well Today? ®
Here’s an easy way to recognize others… and in turn change how we look at our day, and our life.
When has someone made your day with the service they’ve given, or something they’ve said or done for you? Sharing these moments may inspire others. They lift the spirit!
On another note asking someone What’s Gone Well Today? ®, becomes life-changing. Conversations have a fresh, inspiring perspective.
In the larger picture our tools help individuals and organizations become more empathetic. We would love to hear from you! Please share an experience that’s gone well in your day.

In Dying to Be Me, that author suggests ‘Clearing the Slate” .. every day is very health promoting. A practical example is when someone says they are not interested in using a bike they were given years ago, it doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t offer it to them today. Today’s offer was accepted because they no long have a car.
Among the many things I’m grateful for We have such a great contractor.. so calm and pragmatic and experienced with much bigger local projects
A single mom in Shawnigan Lake responded almost immediately to an ad I posted and she was able to arrange to pick up a washer /drier a friend of mine was giving away… Her friend, a great spirit with a strong back, came with his truck for the pickup. He came on time and we quickly got them loaded.. A quick win-win-win.
It was very magic, synchronstic. I was searching through the Used Vic ads and nothing much under $350., when I went back to my email and there was an ad for a free washer/drier. And OMG, all the stars were in line as I was able to get an angel with a truck and the washer was still available , woohoo, Made my day, thanks Michael and Christopher and friend who previously owned the machines!! It will be so amazing to have an easy way to clean towels, comforters, etc. Especially in these pandemic days! With huge Gratitude, Kimberly
I work with the idea that ‘Gratitude for what you’ve already received, makes you ready to receive more.’
Spent time helping a friend and in turn the result that manifested was a beautiful dinner at IL Covo Trattoria due to the her great artistic talent, and someone falling in love with her work – The beauty and energy of friendship creativity and love ❤️
Reading “Dying To Be Me” a remarkable story of transformation after a Near Death Experience. I relate to her call to see life anew.
Heather, my God daughter and I had a lovely visit to the Art Gallery downtown and lunch. The exhibits were interesting with a ceramics room, an interesting exhibit of sound and visual presentations of First Nations using their own stories, poetry and speech in their own language and of course Emily, Emily Carr paintings.
