A friend was is in Mexico and messaged me that he wasn’t feeling well. One of the ideas I suggested was going for a walk and only accepting/ entertaining uplifting ideas and thoughts. He wrote back,
“it’s so great to be able to reach out to you. There is an example”.
With some further support.. more improvement.
The next day he reported, ” 100% now.”
He was ready to enjoy a beautiful day.
It doesn’t get much better for me at the moment than knowing that all mankind shares a “pure and sinless heart”….
LOVE helpful feedback about our work promoting What’s Gone Well moments… It comes in language that is fresh to me.
A daughter of a resident in a seniors’ community who is using What’s Gone Well on a regular basic observed, ” So wonderful! This is and will continue to be a great cognitive calisthenics stretch for my father.. What’s Gone Well Today is nudging him towards choosing life.”
I’ve been so busy lately! My meditations have been powerful! So that’s what stands out
I phoned a friend who had posted a What’s Gone Well moment. While talking about her story, I shared some ways I was hoping to expand the use of What’s Gone Well. She was very encouraging and suggested I talk with a magazine publisher she knows. I followed up and the publisher offered me a speaking engagement about What’s Gone Well at an upcoming conference for seniors. She was particularly interested in my work on conversations… and we will meet to see how I can help her.
It’s very hard to think of a moment that I felt good about this morning, because there were so many good moments. I got up, had a shower, hugged Khatt, walked through the rain to our discussion group, where we talked about the uses and joys of water. Then, even though I enjoy walking through the rain, I enjoyed it even more when Archie asked me if I wanted a lift home, and then gave me a lift home, where I saw this nice email from you.
I guess the overriding thing is that I feel, and am, so lucky.
