When has someone made your day with the service they’ve given, or something they’ve said or done for you? Sharing these moments may inspire others. They lift the spirit!
On another note asking someone What’s Gone Well Today? ®, becomes life-changing. Conversations have a fresh, inspiring perspective.
In the larger picture our tools help individuals and organizations become more empathetic. We would love to hear from you! Please share an experience that’s gone well in your day.
Love the playful, theatrical, spark this library clerk brought to the UVic library checkout. He carries well the ‘You Made My Day’ mantle, well positioned to help so many in a day.
We kept seeing the occasional flash across our floor. Decided it was probably a mouse. Bought and set four traps. A week later we found this capture. Several of our other traps and been licked clean without catching a mouse. Glad to see this result.
Having bought a new iMac I wondered what I should do with my 2010 iMac. Advertised it on Craigslist and got a great response. Dealt with just one fellow who seized the moment and came over last night. He was justifiably concerned about the clunkiness. I erased the drive, installed a new operating system, and it now flies like the wind. With all this time taken, I increased the price by about 25%. It was accepted.
Cool that I had the original packaging.
I had a few
questions to get ready to get rid of my old iMac. When I phoned Apple Care I was told by the Apple associate that I was a really easy customer to deal with, that he really appreciated it. It really helped his day.
Love the spirit!
Our book, Hi Conversation Changes Lives is now being carried in Munro’s Books.
Conferred with Erik the Bike Plumber, in addition to looking at some YouTube, and figured out how to replace this tap. Works so much better now.
