Daniel’s first time in Vancouver and in the Pacific Ocean. This was a wonderful conversation with someone I intercepted as he left the beach.
Two out-of-towners meet
I watched as two strangers went swimming in the early morning. After, they began to talk, as a very respectful distance. I wanted to hear the story, so I approached Daniel later. It turned out to be a profound life marker for him for a number of reasons.
