What’s Gone Well Today? ®
Here’s an easy way to recognize others… and in turn change how we look at our day, and our life.
When has someone made your day with the service they’ve given, or something they’ve said or done for you? Sharing these moments may inspire others. They lift the spirit!
On another note asking someone What’s Gone Well Today? ®, becomes life-changing. Conversations have a fresh, inspiring perspective.
In the larger picture our tools help individuals and organizations become more empathetic. We would love to hear from you! Please share an experience that’s gone well in your day.

Downtown loop.. Got a gift book, using book credits from a new branch of Russell Books for a pregnant hairdresser about breastfeeding, dropped off some rack cards to a colleague, picked up some new rack cards that were ready 45 minute early. The flow was great. Ended by dropping the gift book to Loni who just got her hair done.
Around dinner time I decided to go to a NetSquared event for a few minutes and had a wonderful conversation with the publicity director of a loved theatre in town. It was a great conversation with some promise of next steps.
I noticed one of our motion detector lights was staying on too long. I remembered my ladder was at a friend’s. Since I knew which switch needed to be shifted over, and in what direction, I stood on a chair and used a rake handle to effect the needed changes. This is the second time I’m attended to our of reach challenges through similar jerry rigs. It really helped to have studied the settings on the light before hand.
Had an impromptu meeting with a credit union manager. I shared another marketing opportunity for his branch. Turns out their marketing director was coming for a meeting with him later in the afternoon. I gave him a great question to start his meeting, rather than asking, “How you doing?” He wrote it down. He followed up with another sponsor who endorsed my projects.
With some surprises in our afternoon schedule we forgot about tickets we had for the Phoenix. I contacted them the next day and they graciously gave us new tickets for Monday night. Everything about this ‘out of the ordinary’ service was classy and appreciated.
In de- cluttering we found ourselves with an extra shapell ball. Thought of a friend with a babe.. and she loved to get it. It’s his favourite toy.
Completed one of our Community School Interview series this week which deeply touched the teachers involved as well.
