When has someone made your day with the service they’ve given, or something they’ve said or done for you? Sharing these moments may inspire others. They lift the spirit!
On another note asking someone What’s Gone Well Today? ®, becomes life-changing. Conversations have a fresh, inspiring perspective.
In the larger picture our tools help individuals and organizations become more empathetic. We would love to hear from you! Please share an experience that’s gone well in your day.

Decided to ride my bike downtown. Being on bike allowed me to interact with the community in a more vibrant way. I rode past peole I hadn’t seen in about a year, and was able to turn around and have a chat. Ease of parking encouraged to stop more often and touch base with folks who were ‘top of mind’ The people at Inspections department of City Hall were so helpful. Actively including ‘grace’ in our dealings/ conversations makes a tremendous difference.
Seeing people who are smiling.. and talking to them about their ‘ gleam’ is fun in itself. The beautiful woman this morning talked about ‘smiling.’
“Why would I not smile? I’m alive, able to move about! It’s a wonderful life.
When we see so many people in a day passing by, the ones that are smiling seem like such an natural connection point. It’s really refreshing to share a question, a moment .. it radiates out. Other people sometimes stop and watch.. especially in a store.
Breathing fresh air, seeing bees in my yard, feeling sunshine on my face and enjoying a slight mist from a short shower makes for a happy day!!!
I live in a peaceful, beautiful part of the world and have ocean and forests nearby…this is heaven! How lucky I feel to live in this part of the world!
..have really been appreciating our surroundings and where we live…..life is good out here!
Yesterday, we spent the afternoon shoveling horse manure at our neighbour’s farm. Never did I imagine (back in my ‘city girl’ days) that I would actually enjoy getting down and dirty in ankle deep poo, all in the name of our garden!
Speaking of poo – we have a lot to choose from: horse, chicken, donkey, goat and the highland cow dung! How’s that for variety? – we love this place!
Four days ago a friend gave me some tips for web site improvement. That started me on quest for a solution. 3 days later I found it. Searching for solutions on the Web can such a solitary, boggling experience. Early in the process I saw someone mention what I eventually discovered as the solution, but didn’t recognize it. It’s so simple and does exactly what I wanted. What a relief.
