What’s Gone Well Today at School is a question, in fact a movement designed to shift our thinking, to bring out the best in our own experiences at school, with the friends and new faces in our classes . We’re encouraging students and teachers to share experiences that have gone well. We hope that people will find more highlights in their day, and share what they are enjoying in their learning and playing at school.
Wow!!!!! Its been a fantastic week! Have you seen the weather today. Today its sunny and warm! Its a perfect day to go for a run.
Today I went for a run. I did four laps around the field. It was tiring and fun. The best part about the run was the weather.
Today we had a math drill. We did times 7 , times 4 , times 3 and times 8. Before the math drill we played window wall. It was fun.
This week we did characters. In characters we wrote about meeting the Easter bunny It was fun.
My brain is twisting because of all the math we did, so much math. We played this game called Window Wall you play it like this:
1. Set up 2 teams (has to be equal)
2. Set up the score window on 1 side and wall at another side. (Put a line in between)
3. Get a paper, draw the numbers 1 to 9 in random places.
4. Use a pointer or your finger.
5. Each team get in a line.
6. The first person in the row gets to compete against each other.
7. You have to say times what, like for example: times 9 then point at a number and see which person in the front says it first. The first person to say it gets a score.
8. Then when the first person already went then the second person gets to go then point at another number. Whoever is pointer/score writer gets to change times at any time.
9. Last but not least, HAVE FUN!!! 🙂
Ok, now you know the rules of Window Wall, I’m glad I’m done that was tiring! 🙁
It’s popcorn day today! The popcorn is so buttery and greasy. I guess that’s why we can’t bring it in the computer lab.
In computers we made some comics and we were suppose to see which three comics are the best. But Mr. Mackay forgot to bring them back to the judge. We have to wait until next week.
Wow that was a fast week .I’m so proud of myself because I did four laps non stop. The Canucks are on the second round of the playoffs I’m so happy We got to do Characters my character found Treasure that was fun too and yesterday we had track and field I love high jump it is my Favourit and it is also popcron day I had a fun week
This Week Is Amazing!
This week my class and I went for a run. It was nice weather. I did 6 laps. My class and I had fun.
We also got to get some popcorn today, it is yummy. The popcorn money goes to the me to wee club.
This week was awesome!
