What’s Gone Well Today ® at School
What’s Gone Well Today at School is a question, in fact a movement designed to shift our thinking, to bring out the best in our own experiences at school, with the friends and new faces in our classes . We’re encouraging students and teachers to share experiences that have gone well. We hope that people will find more highlights in their day, and share what they are enjoying in their learning and playing at school.
This week my class and I did Eagle reflections with an Island behind the eagles. We used crayons, we used the side of the crayon on a paper with the Eagles Island paper underneath the paper that we used the side of the crayon on. On the paper we got an image of the Eagle and Island by rubbing the crayon. Toady the international people came to our school there are more girls than boys, they are really cool.
Pizza lunch was great this afternoon and we had friendly Friday. We also learned about Niagara Falls that we researched on the computer. The most popular website to search about Niagara Falls was the Wikipedia. Yesterday some of us finished our eagle art work too.
This week was a weird week but at least i got my friend’s back and then we got PIZZA!!!! In the morning I got a certificate and i couldn’t stop smiling. Last week we didn’t get to do whats gone well today because the lights went out and it was scary. This week we learned about eagles and Niagara Falls and we made a picture of Niagara Falls. We used watercolour pencil crayons and when we added water it turned out great!!!! This week we did My Happy it was a good thing to do because we got to write about things that we have done that make us happy. My favourites are going out for ice cream and watching a movie. This week was a great week!!!
Today we had friendly Friday I sat next to Amy. Today was pizza day I had butter chicken it was yummy!!! I also did the dishes with Michelle. We are reading a book called Eagle`s Cry. I got all of my spelling words right.
Today was pizza Friday!!!! We also had a friendly Friday. I love friendly Friday because we get to sit where ever we want to sit. I am really excited because China’s national students came and I translated for them. In library we got our class DVD and it is for one dollar.
