What’s Gone Well Today ® at School
What’s Gone Well Today at School is a question, in fact a movement designed to shift our thinking, to bring out the best in our own experiences at school, with the friends and new faces in our classes . We’re encouraging students and teachers to share experiences that have gone well. We hope that people will find more highlights in their day, and share what they are enjoying in their learning and playing at school.
Yesterday we wrote in our characters book about Operation Smile. Operation Smile is a foundation that does surgery on children and adults with cleft lip and cleft palate. We learned that Operation Smile looked at 3.5 million people and gave 200,000 free surgeries. On Wednesday we did mindful tasting with a raisin and a chocolate soccer ball. My favourite was the soccer ball because it melted in my mouth after I bit it.
This week was great. Last Friday was sports day and my favourite station was the liquorice race. At recess we got free freezies, I got a purple freezie.
For the past week we have been learning the farewell song for the grade 7 class that’s graduating. We made a a card for our dad for Father’s Day. Today we wrapped the card for our dad.
On Thursday my dad brought ice cream, it was homemade ice creme the flavour was strawberry. My whole class liked it. After my dad picked me up from school and we went to the U.S.A. My dad and I went to get heavy cream and we started to make peanut butter and chocolate ice-cream.
Yesterday we watched a play and we got to watch a disco ball spin and change colours. We got to read Fantastic Mr Fox. It was the same author as Charlie and the chocolate factory. Yesterday we had free computer time. We also finished Disneyland. Miss Panda finally came back
We had a great week. On Thursday we went to R.J.D.S we saw a Cinderella play it was fun we walked there. Miss Panda came yesterday we did characters with her it was fun. We started a new novel it is called Fantastic Mr Fox it is a good book.

This week my whole class went to see a play, it was at R.J.D.S (richmond jewish day school).
I was at the end of the line.
We went because there was a play there called Cinderella.
we also started a new novel called the Fantastic Mr. Fox.
