What’s Gone Well Today ® at School
What’s Gone Well Today at School is a question, in fact a movement designed to shift our thinking, to bring out the best in our own experiences at school, with the friends and new faces in our classes . We’re encouraging students and teachers to share experiences that have gone well. We hope that people will find more highlights in their day, and share what they are enjoying in their learning and playing at school.
Today we played the guitar at the assembly. I introduced the first song The Lion Sleeps Tonight. On Monday we won an Ice Cream Party from the Canadathon, I had chocolate chips, gummy bears, M And M’s and caramel syrup. Yesterday we finished watching Finding Nemo.
Hi today is Friday. Last Friday my class and I preformed a Bollywood dance. Today we had an assembly my class and I performed three songs with the guitar. 🙂
This week was awesome! We did Bollywood dancing and we were learning about Disneyland and we learned about Walt Disney and Mickey. On Monday we had an ice cream sundae party. After the ice cream sundae party we watched a movie called Finding Nemo. Today we showed a guitar performance at an assembly and my favourite song was This little light of mine. Yesterday we coloured our whale picture with water colour pencil crayons.
This has been a great week. We did Characters and the topic was Disneyland. We learned about Walt Disney and how he created Disneyland and Mickey who was originally named Mortimer but then changed by his wife to Mickey. We had an assembly and we played The lions sleeps tonight, This little light of mine and Five hundred miles on our guitars.

This week was awesome ! Today we preformed 3 songs the Lion Sleeps Tonight, This Little light of mine and five hundred miles. We also won the ice-cream sundae party we brought the most pledges back. We watched finding Nemo while we had ice cream. I put all the toppings on my ice-cream sundae. This week we preformed our Bollywood dance we only got 4 days to practice. For our assembly there was a trailer for the spirit video. Its almost June I can’t wait!
