What’s Gone Well Today ® at School
What’s Gone Well Today at School is a question, in fact a movement designed to shift our thinking, to bring out the best in our own experiences at school, with the friends and new faces in our classes . We’re encouraging students and teachers to share experiences that have gone well. We hope that people will find more highlights in their day, and share what they are enjoying in their learning and playing at school.

The week before we all helped William finish his breaching whale picture!
Today we had an assembly with a slide show. They were pictures of students who were asked which adults in the school cared for them. There was also a slideshow of the whole school eating pancakes for breakfast at Christmas. Mrs. Yuen’s class sang a wonderful song about an ant.
Today we had an assembly. First div.7 did a song based on a book called Hey,little ant. Then Mr. Manning showed us a presentation that was based on 2 teachers that care for you.
Yesterday we made whale pictures with chalk pastels. First we drew the image with chalk and then we did the waves then we started using chalk pastels and we coloured with the chalk pastels. Our pictures were based on a whale breaching during sunset.
This week we did chalk pastel (whales) the colours were dark blue, light blue, red, orange, yellow and white. I loved the assembly especially the slide shows. Miss Panda (Baljit) came again because she needs classroom experience to be a teacher. She went to Kingswood and she used to be in Ms Newton’s class.
This week was nice. On Tuesday we made a picture of a whale breaching in the sunset. Yesterday we wrote about our vehicle in our Characters book. Today we had an assembly and Mr. Manning showed us a video when he asked other kids which adults care about them. Most people said their teacher’s name and Mr. Manning.
