What’s Gone Well Today at School is a question, in fact a movement designed to shift our thinking, to bring out the best in our own experiences at school, with the friends and new faces in our classes . We’re encouraging students and teachers to share experiences that have gone well. We hope that people will find more highlights in their day, and share what they are enjoying in their learning and playing at school.
This week has been a tremendously fun week because when it was Tuesday it was teachers strike so we had to stay home. I really wanted to go to school but I had to stay home. At home I played with my little puppy his name is Rocky
Hi, I haven’t written on WGW for so long now so I am going to write right now! So my week was not so great because I missed school for 3 days. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, only because it is hard to settle into a new house and new suroundings. I really wish I could have went to all the days that I missed for getting settled in. I could have learned lots of new things in all those days but sadly no. Grade 4 was not my best year but… Grade 3 was!, it was my most favourite and wonderful year. Also it was a TERRIFIC experience being in Ms.Newton’s class (she’s my favourite teacher).
For the only two days I have been at school for this week, it was pretty nice. On Thursday we had math and BIG 5 corrections, a BIG 5 is a daily week math test on Thursday’s. On Friday in the morning we had gym before Ms.Newton’s class, then we had our spelling test every Friday (recess came for 15 minutes). When we came in from recess I think we had a math lesson, after that.. I don’t remember. I had no lunch because I forgot it. I wasn’t hungry at that time. At lunch I played tag with my friends and when the bell rung we ran to our doors. Then we had track so we did everything we needed to do (fast forward). That’s how my week went!
It has been a great week!
We had a spelling test I got a 10/10+. Also we got to play kick the can. Also we made flowers for our Mothers. We are going to Stanley Park and my grandma is coming along I hope she likes Stanley Park. It has been a exciting week!
It has been a fantastic week.Yesterday we went on the i pads we went on a app called pic collage. it was so much fun so when I got home. I went on my i pad and downloaded pic collage. Then made a collage all about kittens they were so cute.We also started track and fields on April.28.
This has been a great week. I went to track on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and today. We are going to go to Stanley park on next Wednesday the 7th. Today we had a spelling test and I got 10+. The bonus word was circuitous. We also had a math test. I got 15, 15, 14, 7 and I almost got 15, 15, 15, 15 except I got two tickets. I mest up on times 8. That is the only one I need to practice. We also made more flowers for our Mother’s day present and I made four flowers with hearts on it.
This week has been outstanding. We have been doing track and field this week my favorite thing to do is sprints I beat Jasleen S and I also beat Dylan but Jasleen R beat me by a second we also did long jump yesterday I’m not that good at long jump.When we did long jump I got lots of sand in my shoes we have track on Monday,Wednesday and Thursday when we go to track it is the grade 4 boys and girls. I just noticed that we have 2 grade 3 girls in our class when we do track and field it is the div 7,6, and 5 our class is div 5. . Today we had a math test I got all 15. We got to go for a run and we ran 2 laps and after that we got to play kick the can and fist Mackenna was it then Sam was it and then Manav was it and Leo was it last.Yesterday we made a pic collage and it was all about Stanley Park Jennifer and I share an I pad so we made 2 together then all of the pictures were sent to Ms.Newton and there all in a slide show now. Next week we are going to Stanley Park I can’t wait and my mom is coming too. Next week is the book far I really want to go so badly I think it will be Monday to Friday I get to buy lots of things like last year last year all together I spent 80$. The end of the month is busy town and I get to go I can’t wait because my brother is in kindergarden.
