What’s Gone Well Today ® at School
What’s Gone Well Today at School is a question, in fact a movement designed to shift our thinking, to bring out the best in our own experiences at school, with the friends and new faces in our classes . We’re encouraging students and teachers to share experiences that have gone well. We hope that people will find more highlights in their day, and share what they are enjoying in their learning and playing at school.
I had an amazing week. We had gym on Tuesday and we played lacrosse and then Navjot passed to me and I caught it perfectly and Justin was in net and I scored and I was really really happy that I scored. We also had an assembly and I got to do the certificates. I had an awesome week.
This has been a fantastic week! Today we had our assembly. In our assembly we sang O Canada at the beginning of the assembly and Parker from our class played it on the piano. We also sang I’ve Been Working On The Railroad on our guitars. I said a part in the assembly of the brain. I said The third key player in the brain is the Prefrontal cortex. I was nervous but it all worked out!
This week has been outstanding! Today was our class’s assembly. We sang two songs one was called My Brain and the other one was I’ve Been Working On A Rail Road. On Tuesday we got so much snow but now it’s all going away I am going to miss the snow. Today we get popcorn I got FOUR bags plus two more if I count my brother’s popcorn!!!! This week we had NO spelling words because we were practicing our assembly. When we were doing the assembly we got to spell supercalifragilisticexpialidocious we all got one or two letters from the word to say. This week we got to do some mindful tasting with raisins it tasted so yummy and it was juicy and tasty too! Right know I can smell the yummy popcorn the smell is stronger than before. I really wish it was pizza day too but it’s not 🙁 yay. On Tuesday we got to finish off our paintings the artist was Kandinsky he is from Russia and his paintings are amazing!

This has been an amazing week because we did a lot with our Olympics folder. We are still doing this after the Olympics because there is so much to learn. Another thing we did was we had an assembly. In the first place I was really scared. But as we went through the assembly I didn’t feel scared any more. But the best thing in the week was we did was painting. It was so fun I liked this week.

This was a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious week!! Today we had a assembly we hosted the assembly. I spelled Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious in front of 200 or maybe less people. YestErday we picked a sport from the Olympics 2014 and I
picked Nordic Combined. Mohamed in our class and new to our county said supercalifragilisticexpialidocious at our assembly.
This has been a great week. Today we hosted our assembly we have been practising a lot it has been a week. We sang a song at our assembly we actually sang two songs the first one was I’ve Been Working On The Railroad and the second one is called My Brain. We did mindful tasting it was a a raisin that we tasted it was dry squishy and rough. We have been researching on the Olympics I’m researching on alpine skiing I did not research yet. At our assembly Mohamed said supercalifragilisticexpialidocious and he is new to our country and new to our school. He learned it in a spelling test in January I think. It was snowing on Tuesday but I was not here I was gone on vacation to Disneyland for four days it must have been really fun in the snow.
