What’s Gone Well Today at School is a question, in fact a movement designed to shift our thinking, to bring out the best in our own experiences at school, with the friends and new faces in our classes . We’re encouraging students and teachers to share experiences that have gone well. We hope that people will find more highlights in their day, and share what they are enjoying in their learning and playing at school.

Our characters went on an
Elephant’s safari. 🙂
I had a great week. We play hockey with Mr.Der and Mr.Mackay it is fun 🙂
Wow what a week! We got to play in the gym and we played hockey. It was fun at the gym because we got to do what we want to do and then we went to the classroom and we made pictures of elephants and we used watercolor pencils. It was fun. 🙂
I loved this week. We got to write about elephants in our characters book. We got to play hockey with Mr. Der and I got a penalty for slashing XO. Alex got a penalty for roughing.
We also played with water coloured pencil crayons. We first followed a picture of elephants walking about somewhere in a dry area (along a dusty path) in Asia. Then when I was finished sketching my picture, I coloured it with water colour pencil crayons. After when I was finished, it was time for the….”water”! We dipped the brush in the water and gently went sideways with the brush. When i was finished( not finished ) i had little spots that I missed. Some of the spots that I missed was under the elephant’s tummy and some places around the grass area. Art is awesome!
