What’s Gone Well Today at School is a question, in fact a movement designed to shift our thinking, to bring out the best in our own experiences at school, with the friends and new faces in our classes . We’re encouraging students and teachers to share experiences that have gone well. We hope that people will find more highlights in their day, and share what they are enjoying in their learning and playing at school.
This has been a great week. We went to a field trip it was a art festival we did art and we had did a dance. Then at the end we did a painting it was a turtle and the instructor’s name was Mr.Tony. He had a pet but it was a puppet but I did not mean to say that because he said it was not a puppet. He was really funny and the monkey too.Yesterday we did characters it was about Valentine’s Day. This week has been super duper fun week because when it was Wednesday my class and Mrs. Kiefl’s class went to the Richmond Art Festival. When my class got to the Richmond Art Festival, we went to a spot where you can make your own flying fish. When we finished making our fish we went to the second floor to a room that was the dance room. As soon as everyone got in the room the teacher in the room put us in a row. The teacher put us in our row she told us to sit down and start doing stretches. Yesterday my class did our characters and in it we got a paper. After we got our paper we got another paper that we had to fold so we could cut out these paper people to put on the paper. When we finished cutting out the people we got to write down what we thought a friend should be like. A friend is someone who will help you when you’re hurt. It was fun! I’m so excited for this afternoon because we get to open our Valentines bag because today is Valentine’s Day.
This week has been fantastic.
From Saturday until Wednesday, we had an no school. It was Family Day and a pro D day.
On Wednesday we went to the Richmond art gallery. We painted a sea turtle, it was fun. Our teacher was named Mr. Tony and he had a monkey named Coco.
On Thursday we had characters it was fun. A friend is someone who will help you no matter what.
It has been a fantastic week! Today is Valentine’s Day! It is also my brother’s birthday! On Wednesday we went to the Art Festival and made a fish. After that we did a dance. My favorite part of the dance was the part we had to sit down and stretch our legs and not bend our legs and try to touch our toes. Then we made a sea turtle and painted it yellow, green and brown. A friend help’s you do things if you don’t know what to do.
This week has been awesome because on Wednesday my class went on a field trip. We went to the Richmond Art Festival and we sang in the library, we sang “Country Road” and I’ve Been Working on the Railroad”. It was fun! We also preformed a dance it was fun too. After that, we went up to Mr.Tony’s art class and made paper turtles.
A friend is someone who cares about you and makes you feel happy.

Today is Valentines Day and at school we made a little bag for our candy and my bag is full!
Our class went on a field trip to the Richmond Art Festival and we also sang in the library with a man that dressed like a chicken. It was a lot of fun! We also made a sea turtle and painted our turtle and then we spayed it with water after we put salt on it and glued on the head the arms,leg and tail!. Yesterday we had characters and we wrote about Valentines Day. A friend is someone who cares about you and when they listen to you when your talking.
