What’s Gone Well Today ® at School
What’s Gone Well Today at School is a question, in fact a movement designed to shift our thinking, to bring out the best in our own experiences at school, with the friends and new faces in our classes . We’re encouraging students and teachers to share experiences that have gone well. We hope that people will find more highlights in their day, and share what they are enjoying in their learning and playing at school.

This has been an awesome week! On Tuesday we had gym we played warball. We also did art we got to stuff our pots. On Wednesday we read Fantastic Mr. Fox. This has been an amazing week.

This week has been an exciting week because yesterday my class made a paper Santa Claus for our characters book. My Santa Claus had no arms and no legs. It was fun making our Santa Claus.
This morning Ms.Newton asked Justin and I to organize pastels for her since there was so many boxes of pastels. We thought it was a good idea to stay in for recess so we could finish organizing the pastels. It was fun.
Yesterday a couple of people came to my class to give us the cupcakes we ordered for the cupcake sale. I chose a banana cupcake and a chocolate cupcake. The cupcakes were really good.
It has been a marvellous week. We made Santa Claus in our characters. It was super fun, we had to follow a lot of steps but at the end of the day we got the hang of it and then it was super easy. We also transferred images it was fun we learned something new from Ms Newton. Also we read a new story called Fantastic Mr. Fox. It’s better than Peter Pan because you can see pictures in the book. Also Canucks won against Ottawa 5/2 that was the best thing because Canucks won. Everybody was happy that Canucks won! ;]
This week has been terrific!
On Tuesday we did drawing. It was two plates, a tea cup, a bowl and a pitcher. It was basically learning how to look. We’re going to paint them another day.
On Wednesday we did Fantastic Mr. Fox. We copied down this poem.
Boggis and Bunce and Bean
One fat, one short, one lean.
These horrible crooks
So different in looks
Were nonetheless equally mean.
Then we drew a picture of one of them. I drew the pot bellied dwarf Bunce. He is a duck and goose farmer. His food was doughnuts and goose livers. He mashed the livers into a disgusting paste and stuffed it in the doughnuts. This diet gave him a tummy ache and a beastly temper.
On Thursday we did characters. We made a mini Santa. I did extra details like arms, hands and a belt.
