What’s Gone Well Today ® at School
What’s Gone Well Today at School is a question, in fact a movement designed to shift our thinking, to bring out the best in our own experiences at school, with the friends and new faces in our classes . We’re encouraging students and teachers to share experiences that have gone well. We hope that people will find more highlights in their day, and share what they are enjoying in their learning and playing at school.
Hi this week we have made pop up animals of our choice. I made a cool looking dog, it was hard but it was fun. We also made a print. We are exited for movie night.
This has been an awesome week at school. We made pets for our characters. We used construction paper I made a puppy and I named him Fireball.
Yesterday at library we wrote a letter to Santa then sent all of our letters.We asked him some questions and some things about ourself and we wished for two things .
We did handwriting on Wednesday. On Monday we did guitar.
This week has been amazing. On Monday we did guitar. It was mostly Christmas songs but they were fun.
On Tuesday we did art. For art we got a glass pane and painted a tree on it then we got a yellow piece of paper and put it on the paint and rubbed it and took it off and we got a print!
On Wednesday we did handwriting. It was a review of what we have learned so far. We also did library, we wrote a letter to Santa then mailed it :).
On Thursday we did characters. We did our pets! it was so much fun. We took a piece of paper brown or gray and we made a mouth. A pop-up mouth! Then we drew an animal. I made a Dalmatian. It ended up so good!
This week has been extraordinary. My favourite thing that we did this week was when we made our character’s pet. My animal is a dog standing up. His name is Hico. Our class is starting to do a thing called an eating log. We record everything that we ate in the back of our reading log notebook.
In the library we made letters to Santa and we put two things that we wanted for Christmas, one thing about yourself and one or two questions to Santa.
This week has been outstanding! Tonight is movie night I am so happy we’re watching the Croods, it’s a great movie. Yesterday was characters we made our pet, mine is a puppy her name is Fluffy. Tomorrow it is my birthday I am going to be nine:). Today is pizza day. Jennifer and I are going to wash the dishes. We made clay pots they’re in the kiln now.
This week has been an extraordinary week because yesterday my class made our character’s pet. I made my character’s pet brown. The pet I made was a Chihuahua named Chichi and Chichi had black spots all over her. It was terrific.
Yesterday my class made letters to Santa Claus with Ms.Arneil in the library. It was fun.
