What’s Gone Well Today at School is a question, in fact a movement designed to shift our thinking, to bring out the best in our own experiences at school, with the friends and new faces in our classes . We’re encouraging students and teachers to share experiences that have gone well. We hope that people will find more highlights in their day, and share what they are enjoying in their learning and playing at school.
It has been a great week we made our character’s house.We made our fall tissue balloons. We played hockey with Constable Carmichael. Our class had the most draws from the Terry Fox raffle!

Yesterday we made our character’s house with watercolour pencil.
Also we drew cubes to make our character’s house.
We played hockey with Constable Carmichael, an RCMP.
This week has been great. In characters we first drew a cube and a 3D house. Then we used watercolour pencil crayons and we used black felts to outline it :).
On Tuesday we played hockey with constable Carmichael. He taught us a different way to play hockey.
This week has been AWESOME! 🙂 l on Tuesday we did these wax crayon trees… It took me till Wednesday afternoon to finish… Then yesterday we did something horrible to them… we dipped them in like an inch or two of water then we scrunched them up. 🙁 Then Ms. Newton opened them up… Luckily mine didn’t break… Then we got Indian ink and used a sponge to put it all over… They turned out well…
On Tuesday an RCMP officer Constable Carmichael came and taught us some hockey… SUCH AS: stick handling AND the Sydney Crosby toe drag… I’m terrible at it…
Well on Thursday we did characters… We learned how to draw FIRST a 3D cube THEN we learned how to draw a longer and bigger one… I don’t see much of a difference THEN we made a house! 🙂 basically… The only difference is a roof… BUT NOT JUST ANY ROOF!!! IT WAS A TRIANGLE ROOF!!! 😀 That we made 3D… Then we outlined it with black felt… Then we coloured it in with water colour pencil crayons… I’m not close to done… Now today we’ll put water on it… THEN IT WILL TURNED EPIC… Not that it already was but BETTER! 😀
Then today we had a Camp Jubilee/Terry Fox assembly… We did the Terry Fox raffle ticket draw… Our class won almost ten times!!! Thats just… INSANE… Well not really but thats AWESOME!!! 🙂 We raised like $200 for cancer research… Quite a bit… But Terry raised like $24 million… THATS INSANE! For the Camp Jubilee part we saw a slideshow and we did one or two crazy songs… IT WAS LIKE HALF AN HOUR AGO AND I FORGOT THAT WE DID ONE OR TWO SONGS!!! Well thats all I have to write today… SEE YOU NEXT TIME!!! 😀
Today we are going to do the Terry Fox run after lunch and today It was Terry Fox raffle ticket draw and I won. I got a gift card for the book fair. I think I am going to get one book at the book fair. We had a camp jubilee assembly.
