What’s Gone Well Today at School is a question, in fact a movement designed to shift our thinking, to bring out the best in our own experiences at school, with the friends and new faces in our classes . We’re encouraging students and teachers to share experiences that have gone well. We hope that people will find more highlights in their day, and share what they are enjoying in their learning and playing at school.
Wow!This week was amazing! We played hockey and it was 0-0 when we started. Then in a flash it was 7-2, our team was 7 and the other team was 2. We have a good forward and right and left wing. We need a tiny work on defense but it was great. It was a fantastic game!
Today is my teachers birthday! She just turned 25 years old.We also drew a elephant and the back round. Then when we finished we had to carefully outline the picture and get a sticky and right your name.Because we don’t think the name will show up when we put all the glue and paper on it.We decided to use only 5 colours because some of the colours are too dark and then when we finish we can’t see the picture we drew and we wouldn’t want that to happen.
Our class had a assembly today about Canada and elephants. We first started off with Canada. We used the school’s smart board for our assembly. We had to tap the provinces and teritorries , then move them to the right section of Canada.That was so much fun! 🙂 Also scary to be in gym with over 250+ people watching us, hoping you don’t mess up.
This week was OUTSTANDING!!!!
I had a great week. It is Ms.Newton’s birthday. Our assembly is about Canada and about elephants. We also did a poem about elephants. Almost the whole class did a card for our teacher!! It is fun doing the balloons 🙂 am happy for Ms.Newton’s birthday!
I cant believe the week went so fast today it’s
Ms. Newton’s birthday. We sang happy birth day. We also had our assembly to day. We got to watch it afterwards. We also had cookies and juice. It’s pizza lunch today, this is a good week!
🙂 We got to play hockey. I scored three goals but we lost seven five 🙁 .
I had a spectacular week :). I had an assembly. I was not that scary after all. I was not so nervous. It was fun! When we were practicing the smart board Jeremiah tapped he smart board it took a screen shot. Then finally we found out that Jeremiah tapped the smart board to hard.When he tapped lightly it worked. Good thing in he assembly it worked and nothing else bad happened.
Wow! I had an absolutely amazing week! Today we did our assembly and I had lots of fun and most likely my classmates as well. We got to use our brand new Smart Board and do a lesson about Canada so the parents could see what the Smart Board can do. I read a paragraph about Whats Gone Well At School. I told people how to go on Conversation Works and then go onto WGWT at school. Also because we are studying about elephants we did a poem about ten little elephants. But also today we have pizza day! I got one slice of peperoni and one slice of cheese. Also it is our teacher Ms. Newton’s birthday! She is turning twenty-five years old. When she came in from recess the class decided to sing happy birthday to her because she is giving us a great education and being the best teacher ever! She says that we spoiled her with the cards, the song, and the gifts that people got her.

Thank You Very Much! I had lots of fun in the process of doing the speech at our assembly. But I had lots of fun at the end. As well I had stage fright so it was kind of weird but I had lots of fun and my classmates most likely did too.
